Find a mentor

Good fathers model leadership to there sons and daughters. They seek opportunities to lead in their immediate area and their community.

How else can your kids learn how to lead well, for the sake of legacy, if not by watching you do it?

Lead at home. Lead in your work. And lead others who need mentoring.

Look around and you can find a young man whose father failed him. Why not step in and mentor him? Why not help him get onto a path of solid legacy?

Now I add this warning, do not do this at the cost if your own leadership at home. Remember our priorities. Remember that the community comes not before your family. Stick with fulfilling your responsibilities to each of your priorities in the healthy order.
